Creative Companion Sessions

You don’t have to hold
your creative vision alone.

A Creative Companion session is a 60-minute conversation for when something is forming and you want a thoughtful partner in the process.

This is your time to ask anything: creative projects, websites, shaping an offer, working with AI intentionally, getting unstuck, getting free.

I live at the intersection of inner work and building things people can actually use, so our conversations move easily between the practical and the reflective. Sometimes we’re talking about tools and structure. Sometimes we’re talking about fear, freedom, and what you actually want to make with your life.

What led me to this workHow what I’d been doing for years became this offering.

I never really identified as a “creative” until I left full-time work in 2024.

But the truth is, I’d been helping people shape ideas and bring things to life for years. I’ve made something out of nothing but a hope and a prayer so many times. What changed was finally having the space to bring that energy toward work that felt like mine.

Once I had that space, I started creating things I actually loved. Tools. Writing. Websites. Experiments with AI. Ideas that didn’t fit neatly into a category.

What helped me keep creating were the people who could hold a vision without trying to fix it or shrink it. People who had built things and believed it was possible. They gave me the confidence to follow through instead of running back to what felt safe but was slowly draining me.

Here’s what I know now: the creativity and brilliance you bring to other people’s ideas and companies? It’s yours. You can direct it toward something that matters to you, whatever that looks like and wherever you are.

A big part of getting free is doing what you actually want to do with your time. Making what you feel called to make. And knowing that what you’re building is just as valuable and worth finishing as anything else being made in the world right now.

These sessions are my way of holding that with you.

I want us all to be free.

Who this is forWriters, artists, founders, and people exploring what’s next.

If you’re making something that matters to you, this is for you.

Writers, teachers, artists, founders, people exploring a new direction, people who just have something stirring and don’t know what to do with it yet.

Also, working with AI intentionally is where a lot of my energy lives right now. So if you’ve been wondering how to use AI without losing yourself in the process, I’d love to help you figure that out.

What happens in a sessionA conversation that helps you reflect, get clear, and move forward.

We talk.

I listen carefully and ask questions that help you hear yourself more clearly. Sometimes we explore a specific creative challenge. Sometimes the conversation opens into something deeper about who you are and what you’re actually here to do.

The session follows you.

I’ll also bring what I know: resources I’ve created, hard-won lessons, and practices that have genuinely helped me. But your journey stays at the center, and everything you share stays with me.

What I ask of youShow up honestly and trust the process.

Show up. Be honest. Trust the process.

Everything comes in time.

What people bringFrom creative blocks to bigger life questions to using AI with intention.

Here are a few examples of conversations I’ve had with people:

  • “I have three ideas and can’t tell which one is worth pursuing.”
  • “My work is successful but draining. I don’t know if I should keep doing it.”
  • “I want to build a website using AI, but I don’t know where to start.”
  • “I can feel the idea in my spirit but I can’t really see the shape yet.”
  • “I just left a difficult situation and I’m figuring out what comes next.”
  • “I talk to AI more than I talk to people and I’m not sure how I feel about that.”
  • “I want to treat my creativity more like a spiritual practice.”

You don’t need a perfectly formed question. Fuzzy is fine.

What this space isn’tWhat this support is, and what it is not.

I’m not acting as a therapist or counselor. If you need more intensive support, I’m happy to help you find the right kind of care.

I won’t assign work or formally assess what you’re making, though I’ll tell you what I honestly think if you ask.

I don’t come with a lesson plan or a curriculum. This is a thoughtful, free-flowing conversation with someone who knows how to build things and genuinely cares about helping you stay close to yourself while you do it.

If you want hands-on helpHow project support works if you want help building.

Sometimes people want help actually bringing something to life. I offer project support at $225/hour or a flat rate depending on scope. We can talk about it if it comes up.
